Growing up in a family of solopreneurs, she witnessed firsthand the grit and teamwork required to build and sustain independent ventures.
After earning a marketing degree, a math minor, and a teaching credential, Grace spent nearly a decade teaching 4th grade, where she honed her skills in communication, patience, and personalized guidance. Alongside her teaching career, she explored various side hustles, from bookkeeping to crafting, which fueled her entrepreneurial spirit.
Today, Grace applies her diverse background to help businesses optimize their operations, manage finances with precision, and feel confident navigating growth—all while promoting empowerment, professionalism, and clear communication. As a staunch believer in kindness and self-reflection, Grace brings warmth and a collaborative approach to every client relationship she fosters.

With a background in education and years of managing bookkeeping for her husband's plumbing company, the founder realized her passion for helping small business owners feel confident and efficient in their operations. Inspired by her mother’s dedication to taxes and fueled by a shared desire to explore deeper conversations around money and its impact, she decided to create a business that combined operational expertise with meaningful client relationships.
The name "Graceful" reflects her personal journey toward finding balance and ease, mirroring her mission to provide small businesses with structured systems, ongoing support, and the tools to thrive.
